Luke Fry

Mr. Fry currently is a Managing Director in capital markets at Auriga USA, llc where he is responsible for providing market insight and analysis in mortgage- and asset- backed structured products to a wide range of clients that included hedge funds, money managers, insurance companies and banks. Mr. Fry performed a similar role for both 12th Street Capital and Libertas Partners, while seeing both firms successfully through profitable mergers. Mr. Fry began his financial career in New York City in 1998 on the buyside with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., which at the time managed over $90 billion in assets, and became Associate Portfolio Manager in their Fixed Income Department. His responsibilities included the daily trading of treasury and corporate securities as well as maintaining portfolio duration and allocation targets for institutional clients and mutual funds. Mr. Fry left Sanford C. Bernstein in 2000 to begin his sell side experience with Banc of America Securities. At Banc of America Securities, he provided institutional investors coverage in structured products and rates market, including ABS/MBS, CDOs/CLOs, treasuries and swaps. Mr. Fry played a key role in expanding the Financial Institutions Group at Banc of America Securities before moving to the Los Angeles area in 2006 to join WaMu Capital Corp as a Director. At WaMu he helped expand their west coast presence while exceeding sales expectations. Mr. Fry graduated from Florida State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Real Estate. He is on the Board of Directors at AllergEase Inc, as well as an active investor in tech startups including Vyclone and WebTab. Mr. Fry holds Series 7, 24 and 63 Licenses.

Charles Kapp

Charles P Kapp is currently a Managing Director with Auriga USA LLC. Mr. Kapp has over 20+ years of experience in Institutional Fixed Income. Mr. Kapp started with Kidder Peabody on the Mortgage Sales Desk. Mr Kapp left there to start up a Mortgage Sales group for Mark Twain Bank, based in Chicago. Mr. Kapp was consistently in the top 5 in Sales until Twain Bank was purchased in 1998. Mr. Kapp Left to join Piper Jaffray and opened up a Chicago office specializing in distribution of mortgage related products were again he was in the top five in sales. Mr. Kapp was then recruited by WAMU Capital Corp to open their Chicago Mortgage Sales office; WAMU was a full service bank with extensive mortgage origination, securitization and distribution capabilities. After the 2008 market collapse Mr. Kapp rejoined Piper Jaffray in Chicago. Mr. Kapp resides in Chicago with his wife and six children. He received his B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago. Mr. Kapp holds Series 7, 9/10 and 63 Licenses.

Jonathan Kuhe

Jonathan Kuhe is a Director of Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Auriga USA. Mr. Kuhe brings over 13 years of experience to Auriga, specializing in MBS and ABS securities. Prior to Auriga Mr. Kuhe worked for Keybanc Capital Markets, HSBC and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Kuhe received his B.A in Politcal Science from Hamilton College and holds Series 7, 9/10 and 63 Licenses.

Peter Gentile

Peter Gentile is a Director of Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Auriga USA. Prior to Auriga USA, Mr. Gentile worked for Keybanc Capital Markets Institutional Fixed Income Group where he was held multiple positions, primarily responsible for the distribution of MBS, ABS, and other Fixed Income products to institutional investors. Mr. Gentile started on the MBS trading desk in the summer of 2008 as a trading assistant then moved into a junior trading position. In October 2009, Mr. Gentile moved into an Institutional Sales position. Mr. Gentile graduated with a B.A. in Finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg Virginia. Mr. Gentile holds Series 7, 9/10 and 63 Licenses.

Elton Wells

Elton Wells is a Director of Fixed Income Sales at Auriga USA and is focused on creating liquidity in the CLO, MBS, ABS and Corporate Bond Markets. He brings over 16 years of financial and real estate industry experience to Auriga, having executed over 150 structured products transactions valued at over $118 billion. In addition to his securitization experience, Elton has worked on the Sales & Trading of all structured products with particular expertise in collateralized loan obligations (CLO), commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), student loan and auction-rate securities (ARS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and whole loans, as well as Corporate Bonds, and was previously in the Structured Products groups at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs. Elton received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
